Well, I no longer have the 1500 Hemi 8 sp Lonestar. Traded her in for a 2500 Laramie CTD. Looking forward to latching on to my Travel Trailer !

I was curious about this too.
I've been tossing around the idea of upgrading to a 2017 and possibly to a 2500 as well.

Would you mind posting an update on this once you've put a few miles on it?

I am impressed with the ride, I travel some worn out roads here in East Texas, and it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. I still haven't pulled my travel trailer with it, but expect it to ride great with some load on it. I guess the definitive statement about the ride is the fact that my wife keeps taking it for errands, instead of her Avalon.

Thanks for posting back. You've got me seriously considering the upgrade.
Now... to decide whether or not I can give up the 8spd...
