I'm looking at buying a 26' travel trailer and I don't think my truck will handle it very well with the 5.7 and the gas it would use. Then I find this.

I really want a CTD Mega Cab but I am still loving my Red Ram. I have to sleep on this one. What do you guys think of the truck though?

truck is AMAZING! and you know that cummins will have no issues towing. The only thing I wanted in my truck that I could not find a good one was a mega cab. That is an amazing looking truck.

think you could do better then a RC lift though.

madcow would you need a 5th wheel? because your boat has to get there somehow also?
My uncle has a cummins he tows a 5th wheel camper and he tows his big lund behind that.

So they want 52 for it and it has 393 miles. It is a 6" tuff country lift with 37's and mint condition. The truck does not have navigation or rear video and that is really a bummer. So I would be looking at HID's, rhino lining, fender flares, painted bumpers and grille, tuner, and floor mats to start out. Hmmm then I have to pay $3000 for shipping to Alaska once I sell my truck. What to do what to do.

That is a freakin beauty. I'd say do it, but only if you'd covert it to a sport...or at least replace those chrome bumpers. The good thing is your new headlights would swap over.

So that's a 2011 with only 379 miles. A dealer-lifted truck that got left over I'm assuming?

Yeah sun roof and navigation is missing. I would have to paint it to a sport look but the issue is shipping also. I would have to sell my truck first of course.

You could add the backup camera without much trouble and the get the LockPick.

For $3k it almost seems like it would be worth it to drive down there and get it if it was me. Probably what like a 2 day drive each way?
