Laramie limited with badging and "new" Grille

Dennis dillon has one uploaded to their site "mistakenly under the REBEL badging. Not nearly as gaudy looking as some had suggested, though I hope we don't see this grille become standard across the board. I could handle a "Ram" stamp on the tailgate if it was body colored.

Those cut in spots on that grill would be a sweet place to stick some lights. But ither than that therea too much going on with that truck. Not to mention everyone knows what a ram is. Why the big ass lettering is beyond me

That's a hell of a price. I've gotta say... I was completely against the grill when I first saw the pictures too, but, I saw one going down the road a couple of days ago and it didn't look all that bad. It was going the opposite direction on a 6 lane highway and it got my attention. It didn't look as bad on the road as it does in the pictures. In the pictures the logo looks HUGE in the grill... in person it seemed to fit the grill pretty good. I wasn't able to see the tailgate, though... still not sure if I like that.

Front grill is fine....as far as the tailgate, I would seriously request that they replace the tailgate with an express. That thing has HUGE letters.

I saw one going down the road too and the front grille looks better in person and the tailgate looked horrible with the "Ram letters" being chrome, but if it was body color then I would like it

No matter how many times I see it I don't like it. I like the chrome strip on the tailgate..but nothing else. Even after seeing it person I don't like it lol. Hopefully they don't screw up the big change in 2017.

I saw a black limited at my dealer 2 weeks ago. The tailgate letters look worse in person than in the pictures. Too bad they are not just taped on, as someone posted that there are 2 mounting holes under each letter in addition to the tape. It is Ram's way of shoving the change on us, unless you want to pay to have the holes in the tailgate filled in and then have it repainted.
If these letters were just taped on, a lot of them would be going in the trash.
The grill though not as bad in person, is still hideous too.

The value of pre-2016 tailgates will go thru the roof.

Is it possible to drop that center console into mine? It looks like it has a different organizing capacity and maybe a lid? Not meaning the whole console just the insert which holds the cup holders and other random things.

The tailgate instantly reminded me of those cheap stick-on chrome pieces you find at PepBoys. Just needs some stick-on chrome side vents and that thing is ready to roll!!
