The msrp was $57,000 and I got it for $45,000. I also got a great trade in on my 2014 Sport....which was a f'ing LEMON!!!. The Sport had over 20 visits to the dealer in the 2 and a half yrs I had it....ridiculous. I'm really hoping this Rebel is much better to me or this will be my last Ram forever....giving the Ram brand a 2nd chance. This is a Mopar 16 special edition in which there were only 500 made. On the glove box it says "MOPAR 16 #200 of 500". It's has a lot of the options as you probably guessed by the price tag. The only thing it doesn't have is the sunroof which is fine with me. I was getting sick of pushing the headliner up around the sunroof of my 14 Sport!....it would keep coming unattached. I'm very happy. It makes me a little sick to my stomach paying this much for a vehicle...lol. I pick it up tomorrow. :favorites13:

It's a beauty, I'm very jealous! Yeah I feel your pain on the price tag, you're a braver man than me. I'm a cheapskate with rides lol. Maybe when I'm due to trade in 2019 I might look for one of these that's 2 years old ;)

Congrats! You gonna bother modding it too or just leave it and enjoy it? I like the Rebel, it's one of the trims you don't really need to do anything to. Especially that special edition, well done. Good color choice too :waytogo:

Show them the tire tread seat, funny. We get to keep Sir John instead of losing him to a Ford forum, clap.

I'm going to keep this one simple for now. It already has a lot of what I wanted on it.

My immediate plans are a Rough Country black bull bar, Carven Exhaust "The Competitor Series", UPR catch can (took off from my 14 Sport), MGP brake caliper covers - red (also took off from my 14 Sport), HID kit (maybe)....I might try and put LED bulbs in the projectors instead.

BTW.....no more black trucks for me! Waaaaaaaaay too much of a pain in the ass to keep looking good. I was spending most of my weekends cleaning/shining it up = a very resentful wife!

What is some of the special upgrades your truck came with?

If you don't mind saying, what did you get for your 2014 trade in and how many miles were on it?

Truck looks soo freaking nice

Not a problem. I got $27,000 trade-in and it had 34,000 miles on it....other than being a lemon, it looked really really nice. I take extremely good care of my trucks. Below is a pic of my black 2014 Sport.

The "Mopar 16" package is basically just an appearance package only. See the pic below from the window sticker.

Couple of the options I really like that the Rebel came with that the Sport didn't have is the anti-spin differential, 3.92 rear axle ratio, non-AWD system and the air suspension.

You MAGNIFICENT *******! Great job on the truck. $27,000 pretty good for trade value. I'm guessing your last on was just a lemon. I've had 2 good Rams and my cycling buddy is on his second good Ram. Co worker also happy with his ram. and now thinking positively, Sir John FINALLY happy with his Ram.
