New 2014 transmission goes out

Got a brand new 2014 megacab diesel on Friday. On Monday @ 192 miles the transmission goes out! WTF Has anyone had this problem? The are replacing it with a NEW transmission.

Wow that is horrible. I hope they take care of you. I would keep every last bit of information you can. Who you talked to what dates it's in the shop mileage everything. Just incase this persists you can make them buy it back. Hopefully it was just a 1 time fluke things do happen.

Sounds like you got a good dealer anyway. They don't build them. Sucks that you got a lemon tranny, but at least they aren't screwing around trying to repair it. Hope that is the worst thing that ever happens with her.

Happens on any new vehicle.
Better than the new Porsche that catches fire, except, wait, that's all of them.

It's unfortunate, but it sounds like they are taking care of you.
Be calm and pleasant, it pays off in the end.

It's a Chrysler brand, not an Alison like my last truck....
