Ram Cares

Maybe I missed something in the last few days, but I have recently seen a couple of different post in which a new member "Ram Cares" (Erica) has asked about particular problems and has asked for additional information about the problem the member is having. It appears that Erica either works for or represents Ram and appears to be taking an interest in some of these problems and seems to be helping to resolve these problems. If this is correct, I think that this is an important resource that can be very helpful to us. I think it also speaks highly of this forum that Ram would ask someone to monitor this forum and be willing to help members out, unless Erica is doing this on her own. Either way I think it is a win for us!

That's cool if she really represents ram. If ram cared they would use rubber and not foam in the third brake light and use grade 8 bolts on the exhaust manifolds. I love my truck and they are great but if they fixed a few small issues that alot of people seem to have it would go a long way.imo

I wouldn't be surprised if she's legit. When i had my F150, i would see Ford representatives in the forums regularly. They actually would help you. I supposed Ram being late to this type of customer service is better than never.

I hope it's legit.
If that's the case there's a lot of issues that need to be addressed.

In a Jeep forum or two that I am a member of (wife has a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee), there is a Jeep Cares member that rotates through several different signatures/names. They are legitimate, and have helped several Jeep members with dealership issues. I bet these guys/gals are legitimate as well.

Hopefully they are not like the GM ones on the GM truck boards that give cookie cutter answers and never really solve anything.

Maybe Erica will see this thread and respond to it and give us some information about what we can expect, if anything, what parameters there are, what type of problems she can become involved in, and whether her involvement is officially sanctioned by Ram.

you must have had a bad experience with a GM one. i had a '13 camaro i posted about a problem and they PM'd me right away and were the ones to get the ball rolling at the dealer.

And put tires on their trucks that were worth a damn. Transforce HT tires are the worst tires I've ever had.

That's cool, when I worked at Compuserve and at AOL we use to have employees in our online forums all the time helping customers. It's a nice perk. Note: While there may be Ram issues (I had many wiht my Dodge Charger) stuff happens. If you think there are a lot of complaints about Rams on this forum, head over to the 2016 camaro forum. It is brutal over there for GM.

There are many nice positives things to say about Ram too. I luv em and I freakout every time I see one on the road, lol, that is about 15 to 40 times a day. And, I still hold the title of being the only one on my street with a 2009 to present Ram
