There is a aftermarket sub maker that makes custom spacers for the rear seat. If you search Amazon for Ram sub woofer the company should come up. I'm almost positive they sell the seat clearance /raising kit separately and it will look clean.
You could also perform the rear seat fold down MOD to get the clearance.
