Traction control is electronic, it uses the ABS system. It actives/applies on the wheel that is spinning to force the other one to turn.
LSD is mechanical clutches in the differential that limit the amount of wheel spin from one side to the other.
With LSD you can usually lay down rubber from both rear wheels, that won't happen with just traction control.

How difficult is it to install an LSD and should I change my gears at the same time I want to go 4.10 withe the Moe's LSD

You would want to change the differential at the same time when re-gearing.
Looks like you have a 2014, if you have a 4X4 you'll need to change the front gearing also. Last I remember seeing(someone correct me if this isn't correct), 3.92 is the lowest gearing possible with the ZF 215 MM front differential without having to do a front end swap from like 2010.
