Yeah your road to parking lot observation is proof enough for that. Most everyone can agree to having experienced something similar.

What skins are you running? I'm having traction issues too, but more in the snow. Someone up here in snow country told me the stock Goodyear tires are terrible, and I should get Cooper AT3's. Does anyone on here have those?

I have a 2012 with the 3.55 ratio and when in 2WD it was so AWFUL in the rain with the stock goodyears I replaced them with Cooper ATW's (we get snow here and I can't stand swapping tires for dedicated winters every season. They're basically all-season AT tires with a winter rating). So far they've done well for summer and winter. I still switch to 4wd in slush or snow though just for the extra peace of mind.
