I took my RAM into the mountains today scouting dirt bike riding locations. I don't think I'll ride Evans Creek ORV near Mt. Rainer anytime soon. Still a good amount of snow on the ground in spots, plus lots of fast jeeps and Polaris type ATVs blasting around the trails. Maybe later this summer.

This is the first time I drove the RAM with my KTM on the back. The weight dropped the rear 1" so I offset that with 25psi in the Timbrens. The truck drove like there was nothing on the back; no jounce or porpoising at all. That's quite a contrast to my old Frontier, which really felt the 350 lbs hanging off the hitch.

Whats the Specs on the KTM? Sold my Big Red Pig (XR650L) last year and the itch will not go away...loved that bike, still want to stay with a Dual Sport so I can romp on down the road legally....KTM has held my fascination for awhile.

Custom headache rack in a workshop ;) for those with Ramboxes! 30” Rigid RDS LED bar for the front and 20” Rigid Radiance for the rear. Willing to make a backlight in a “Radiance” bar work as a third brake light instead of OEMs

Put a black sheepskin cover on the console lid. Feels much nicer than the rubbery top and now my arm won't sweat from it!

It’s a 2017 350 EXC-F. 4 stroke enduro, plated so I can ride forest roads and anywhere I want really. Six speed and fuel injected. Weight is like 240 dry so it’s light. The 500 EXC-F is only a few pounds more and more freeway capable so more dual in dual sport, but I wanted more off road and the 350 feels lighter per reviews.

I’m not an experienced dirt rider so this is a whole new thing to me. I put three hours on the bike today on gravel and trails and learned a ton. Best day ever on the bike actually.

Links to the bucket cart and pockets on the buckets?

Bought myself s step like yours months ago, and have yet to put it to work

Theres different bucket dollies with casters, but my dway is a little uneven and this cart rolls over everything with 8” rubber tires. The buckets fit kinda loose in the hoops but when full of water it’s fine.

Got some down time today kicking it with the wife and kid so we installed the new sport taillights on the Ram. They look great, big difference from the standard ones.

Here are some evening pics. All looks great, very bright. I changed the backup lights to LED, I think I need brighter ones. I guess there worth the $15 I paid for them.

Got my Limited steering wheel installed this weekend that I picked up on ebay for only $300 a few months ago. I paid $200 to have it installed I didn't want to mess with it. Love the audio controls and the overall look of it. Yes it can be heated but I probably won't ever do that. I installed the premium cluster myself 2 weeks ago so I'm really riding in style now! swheel2.JPG shweel.png
