Is running the 180-190 thermostat beneficial? I get running cooler, won't the engine throw more fuel?

Had the power boards installed earlier today. Super impressed with them so far!
They come down really low, prefect stepping height and now it wont be a hassle getting in or out anymore!

Placed a deposit on my Zone 6 lift, thus meeting my wife's requirement of lifting the truck 
$2600 OTD for the Zone 6 with 5 inch coils, nitro shocks, install and alignment. Then, my new wheels and tires can go on.

Installed a S&B intake!
Also did a 250 mile trip today and got 18.2mpg hand calculated going 75 the whole trip! I think that's pretty good since I have a 2" lift and 35s!! This was before I installed the intake.

Week #2 with the hemi. After replacing exhaust manifold bolts and water pump it seems to be getting better mpg (my foot may have gotten lighter). Sat in the driveway half the week but my daily now needs new brakes so till then enjoying the extra space and comfort of the CC.

Stuck some sylvania zxe low beams in today. Then saw I got hosed on the price. Paid $59 at O'Screw you auto parts. However have been trying to get these aftermarket projectors aimed right, the halogens that came
In them are no that great by any means. So screw it. Installed and were aimed wayyyyyyy to low. Cranked them up and way to high. So turned them back down some will see tonight. 900 miles from home, working in the parking lot of a questionable place lol.
It'll get me home I believe.
