So what I thought was one nozzle on my truck that was cracked or something turned out to be a bit worse. I replaced the nozzle and found that it still sprayed water when I hit it, but it sprayed under the nozzle. So I took off the fire protective layer between the motor and the hood to find this wonderful thing. The L shaped plastic was old so it broke off under the nozzle. So I was playing around with it to see if I can remove it and just replace it and the other plastic connection that is T shaped broke off as well. Seems to be pretty crappy parts or just worn down (80K miles on truck). Either way, the dodge dealer where I am are terrible. They claim to order the parts and will call me when they are in but never return calls, never answer phones, its almost impossible to get work done through them.

I am posting pictures for reference, but if anyone has input on fixing this I would greatly appreciate it. Until then I am without the ability to clean my windshield short of stopping at gas stations. Thanks a ton!

There is a silicone rubber putty that seems to be able to fix just about anything like this. I've used it to fix and modify things a few times. Might be a better option than dealing with an unresponsive dealership....

The putty is called SUGRU. You have about 30 minutes to work with it before it sets, then you have to let it sit for 24hrs to fully cure. Should work great for fixing those connectors and making a strong seal.

Also, what about super gluing the parts back together, then doing it up with some JB Weld or something?
