I have a 2013 1500 CC 5.7 and have read a few posts on various forums related to a "vibration" at 2000rpm. I am experiencing what I would describe as more of a wobble (felt in seat and floor) through most speeds/gears (although the strange thing is that it is not always consistent), but seems to mostly coincide with acceleration. I brought it to the dealer today and as soon as I started to describe what I was experiencing the service tech told me it was "characteristic" for this vehicle and that it did not need to be looked at. I don't see how Chrysler would engineer a wobble into their vehicles. Any suggestions on what this could be? If it happened only during braking, I would say rotors, if it happened only at certain speeds, I would say balance or tires, but the fact that it happens inconsistently has me scratching my head.

Does it coincide with MDS coming on and off? Many have reported a vibration from it, I know I get one. When it starts see if it says ECO in the EVIC....

MDS, like mentioned above, some have noticed a wobble, when it kicks and out. ECO will show up on you display, next to the temp.

ANother source could be driveshaft out of phase or balance. That was one of the issues with my own new truck. Really noticeable above 70mph. Have them check teh drive shaft for phase and u joint angles.

Another one, I noticed only having drive shaft and tires balanced, was the sway from road conditions, this is noticeable , at all speeds but more severe, the faster I go. I am planning on repacing the sway bars with helwig and springs too. Sad but I cannot stand it and need a better ride and control. just plaing around, yanking steering wheel back adn forth ,a bout loose control of vehicle. far far too much sway.

check your rear view mirror, look for road signs or bridges, as you pass them. see if any of those vibrate. If you do notice it, hold bottom of mirror see if it reduces the blurriness and see hwo much vibration you hand is absorbing.

luck to you

ECO doesn't mean MDS is active it's just there to show if you're driving economically or not
