My 2011 express is getting the McGaughy 44050 2/4 Delux spindle drop kit also done and also some new 22 inch black and chrome rims in a few weeks. looks great

The McGaughy Kit was awesome. Rode smooth until I installed the rear Hellwig anti-sway bar. Gonna try rubber mounts and ditch the urethane. If that don't smooth it out gonna remove the rear bar.

Hows the kit now? I just ordered one for my 11 express. But im gonna be cutting it down to a 3/5 drop instead.

Im gonna use the mcgaughys spindles for the 2" drop in the front, and cut my factory coils for another 1" drop. Resulting in 3" up front.

My Express is not a 4X4.
But I got my kit from stylin trucks for $498, thats the spindle kit using a promo code.

SO is it a 4x2 i should ask like is it 2wd all the time or can you swithc it to 4x4 lol

Just trying to figure out what kit to order for my 2011 express because its says 4x4 on it but, 90% of the time i use 2wd until i need to switch it to 4x4 mode lol

His would be a 4x2. It doesn't have the ability to switch into 4x4. Which is why yours is 4x4. If you ever see another 4x2 ram. Compare the undersides. You'll see they're different.

Yea, You would need one specifically for 4x4. The kit isn't based on what mode you drive in its based on the suspension components, and like just said the components are different for 4x4 than 4x2

Spot on Butch. The issue of wether or not you use 4 wheel drive has nothing to do with the capabilities. If you have the ability to put it in 4 wheel drive, you have a 4 wheel drive and thus need a 4 wheel drive lowering or lift kit.
