Does anyone know if they make a full air ride kit for a 2014 ram? Im trying to see how to do this as im not all that familiar with doing a bagged truck from scratch. If anyone knows how to do the front and rear id appreciate that also. Does the shockwave's work good for something like this?

I know Michigan Metal Works has a control arm kit for the front. which requires you to cut off all mounting points for the OEM arms and weld their brackets on. As for the rear, you would just need a 4 link kit and brackets.

Awesome thanks! I pretty much decided to just send it to ekstensive to get done after its payed off. Ride tech makes a full set up but it doesn't fully lay out

Yea, I was looking into the RideTech stuff too, but wasn't really impressed. Good luck with it!

Thats a interesting product, I'm kind of curious on what exactly a Jeebus joint is. This is something I have been thinking about doing even without airbags to have a longer upper control arm to fix the camber issue

There is a lot of work involved to get these to lay out so a kit won't do much good. Mine has over 200 hours of labor in to it for suspension work.

From my understanding you can rebuild their joints too. If you search around, he has exploded views of the joints.

Lay frame or body? From what I have been reading they weren't too bad to lay frame.

I was figuring around $7000-$8000 to get it to lay out, it does look like more work on these for sure than others ive had before bagged

If you are doing the work yourself maybe 7-8k in materials and parts. I have more than that into mine in just labor.

if your not trying to lay the body on the ground, I would go with ridetech. ive used their stuff before and its pretty good and simple bolt in applications. I was going to go that route on my truck but I need to pull a car hauler occasionally and decided against it. you can probably get a kit from them for under 4k, bags and airpod.

Let me ask you this, how are the shockwaves? I read that they only lower the vehicle 3" over a 2/4 drop in the front. Do they make spindles to get the extra drop?

They make drop spindles and I don't like shockwaves, not enough travel. I have factory spindles on mine.

Blacksheep is right. I only got about 5" of lift out of my shockwaves on my 59. It did save me fab time on trying to figure out where to install a shock and fabbing the control arms for other bags.
