Looks good. Any concerns of the loss of that vent though?

Looks good!
I'll be worried by that Texas heat though now that you're missing a vent

Funny you say that I thought about it a while back and turned that vent off for a couple weeks I never noticed a difference but I dont like the air blowing on me anyway and my windows are very dark. But ive been known to take comfort away for looks :superhack:

Thinking about running some switches to a panel in there. Does it pop out and then remove the headlight switch?

I think the switch holds the tabs on the frame from moving in. I got it out easily after I removed the switch.

On the outlet or the frame from the dash?

Frame to the dash. Easily removed headlight switch, but the chrome trim will not come off my dash at the bottom

It's got some mean hooks you have to bend almost break to get them out.

Scrap yard in Aurora has one for 25$ plus 20$ shipping. Gonna check a yard closer to home first though. If I find an extra one would you want it? I'm in brantford so I'm close to you
