Ground Force 2/3, Mcgaughys 2/4 using spindles, or Mcgaughys or Ground Force 2" rear coils if you just want to level it out.

How rough is the ride with these kits? I'm still on the fence. And how easy is it to install?

I see that Moes has those kits Hemi450hp mentioned but they say for 2wd. Is there any difference?

I run the Ground Force on mine. Ride is a little stiffer than stock, but in no way uncomfortable. The 2" rear coil kits and mcgaughys spindle 2/4 are pretty close to stock when it comes to ride quality.

In all honesty, I would go with the Ground Force 2/3, which is the only kit we don't sell.

The spindle drop keeps all the factory suspension the same, the CVs just are at a steeper angle; ride quality is unchanged. The spring drop is a slightly stiffer ride and there are suspension alignment changes but there are no major issues.

Can someone with the 2/4 mcgaughys kit tell me what it is from ground to fender in the rear? Debating that just don't want any clearance issues with tires

I just measured my 2015 crew cab 4wd with the Ground Force 2/3 and 305/50/20 tires. Front is 34.25" and rear is 35".

SO,.....when you say that the rear spring drop brings suspension alignment changes, what do you mean exactly?
I have a 2016 Ram Sport 4X4, regular cab and am interested in the McGauphy's 2" rear drop springs, just to level off the truck some. I should be all set with just those correct? I don't need any other suspension modifications, would I?
Thanks!

There's no issues with a 2" rear level. You only start having issues at a 4" rear drop with the control arm alignment and length and at 6" you need to rethink the axle brackets.

I would look into the Ground Force 2" rear springs instead of Mcgaughys. The Mcgaughys were designed for 4 door trucks, so they only give 1" rear drop on the regular cab trucks.

Thank you guys. I appreciate the info. :favorites13:
Hemi,.....do you sell those springs you were referring to, the Ground Force 2" rear springs drop?

Unfortunately we dont. I've just seen quite a few regular cab guys buy the McGaughys 2" springs and come back disappointed at only seeing a 1" drop. Ground Force makes both 2 door and 4 door specific 2" rear drop springs. They will get you a true 2" drop.
