Not that way you perverts! I had a shop order all the necessary parts for a complete lowering. It will be a BellTech job and with an alignment labour etc the bill comes to 2150.00 all in or out the door. Don't forget our dollar is worth poo so I am paying a premium as the parts come from south of the border. The bar which I can't think of the name will not be in until March so I will wait as he said he could get all the shocks/springs tomorrow. The truck is parked in the garage so that is no big deal.

I really wish the R/T came from the factory already lowered but I guess it is what it is. I have no doubt that the truck will look much better with the 2/4 drop:favorites13:

Yeah I'm curious about the cost also. You will love it lower, I found that the airlift bags help alot. Also make sure they do not over tighten the rear sway bar links. Mine have a rubber to metal noise until I back off the tightness . Mine is a 2016 R/T

I would have gladly paid more for the truck if it left the factory already lowered but oh well. I swear I have to lower everything including my 2009 GT 500 and the 2012 SRT8 Challenger, I don't like the slammed look but just the right height. Boys and their toys, makes my wife shake her head:favorites13: If mine is at roughly the same height as yours I will be very happy.

I am guessing that we are paying roughly 35% more that several years ago when our dollar was worth 0.05 more than the Greenback. Well maybe 10 years ago.:favorites13:

The Canadian/US exchange really hurts, specially when you see it added up like this
I've always ordered my parts online from Moes or Amazon, went across the line, picked up at a parcel service, paid both taxes and drove back home. Until this year, it was always way cheaper than dealing local or through a Canadian online distributor. However with the exchange now, my last two purchases were using Canadian sources and actually a touch cheaper, delivered right to my door.
I lowered my truck myself, using all the tips from the members on this site, in a tight garage with no hoist, turned out perfectly- in about 4 hrs max
The labour and alignment amount/ rates shown seem to be the only thing a tad high in Tanks cost breakdown..... Maybe I'm out of touch?

Hey if you happy paying 2150 for all that then who cares. 6 hours shop time is pretty crazy, I would know, I run a big shop and have lowered a few rams.

But if your confident in the work and ability of the technican, thats all that matters.

I would suggest the Spohn rear setup, really made the RT handle ablot better
