I have been told that I can use the McGaughys 2/4 kit to lower my 4x4 but somethings have to be modified. Is this true? Someone please help me make the right choice! I am wanting to go with a set of 24" wheels and a 305 tire. Should I just do the Ground force 2/3 kit or the McGaughys 2/4? Thanks in advance!

You need to either run the McGaughys 2/4 spindle kit of the Ground Force 2/3 ciol spring kit. I run the Ground Force on mine, and it actually gives closer to a 4" rear drop than a 3". Here is how the kit looks on my 2015 with a 305/50/20 tire...

Cool thanks! so the Ground Force just sounds like less of a headache.....does it bolt directly on? No cutting involved?

There is no cutting required with either the McGaughys spindle kit or the Ground Force kit. The only real reason I chose Ground Force over McGaughys is because the McGaughys spindles pull the front wheels out about 1/2", and I am just not a fan of that look.

I'll attest to that, that's what I'm running and you have to put spacers on the back the even it out, no big deal though. Here's mine after fixing the space.
