So, I am about to purchase all my components for a 1"/2" drop on my '15 RCSB. My question is, is an adjustable panhard bar necessary with a 2" rear drop or is it a waste of money?
Thanks for any help!

No it isn't, you will barely notice any offset on a 2" drop

This is purely opinion so take it as just that.

You are probably not going to be happy with a 1"/2". As somebody who has had a bunch of lowered trucks I can tell you when you drop, it's never enough lol. You will pit the 1/2 on and like it, but end up wanting more. Might as well just do a 2/4 from the get go and save yourself some time and money. 2/4 on these trucks is not that low. I'm 2/4 now and I would love to be 3/5 or even 4/6 eventually.

Agreed.
I just installed a Mcghaughys 2/4 drop, however after measuring it, it looks like it only dropped it 1.25/2.5 . I will be cutting the springs sometime soon to get a full 2/4.

For me I'm a fan of being able to adjust and tune it whether its stock or not, but thats just a personal preference to get the max out of what I have.
