New member here today I had a mcgaughys 2-4 drop kit installed and some oewheels 22x10 Hellcat replicas with Toyo 305/40/22 tires all put on. I must say it's a very nice ride and looks pretty damn good also.

Looks awesome! making me consider lowering mine!
With the right shocks, you'd be amazed how much better it handles as long as you don't go down into the weeds. Same kit on mine, but I went with the drop spindles and the rear flip kit and upgraded to performance shocks.

I went with the 2/4 Mcgaughys 2-4 drop on my 2017 dodge ram... Did it make your wheels stick out just a little? and did you shave your bump stops down?

Spindles make the wheels stick out about 3/8" +/- on each side. Cut the front bumpstop cups off & get some Energy Suspension bumpstops to put in their place. Use the rear bumpstops supplied w/ the kit.

I used the Mcgaughy's 2/4 drop kit and I notice my 2 front wheels stick out a little, but only the right side in the back sticks out while the left side is tucked in. The truck don't pull or nothing it just seems odd to me. I also think I need to shave the back bump stops because going over a speed bump or if I hitram.png a small pot hole it will hit those bump stops pretty hard. You recommend anything?

when you lower these , the rear end will pull the right a little. You can recenter it with an adjustable panhard bar. Double check the rear triangulation and make sure everything is square it the rear. Also may want to have the thrust angle in the rear checked too. The fronts will be about 3/8" out from stock because of the spindles thickness difference.

Did the mcgaughys kit you bought come with the relocation bracket for the rear track bar?

Its not pulling at all I just got an alignment done on it and my bump stop cups removed. Now the ride is pretty good no pulling and no bottoming out. I was just making sure that the sticking out of the wheels was normal and wont cause any problems. Like you mentioned the 2 front tires stick out just a little bit but also the driver side rea sticks out just a bit, is that normal also? or does that have to do with the thrust angle you are referring to? BTW Thanks a lot for the replies. Mr Mondo yes sir it did come with the rear track bar.

Does a kit like this with spindles and rear springs change the load rating? I'd need my truck to haul 1500# a couple times a year...

Their are some guys that tow with their lowered trucks. They add a airbag kit to the rear to help with the load. I believe its bags that fit the Durango.
