rear sits 0.5" higher than the front (from ground to center of fender)

Crown suspension makes a 2" lowering spring for the rear. People who have them (crown suspension coils) have commented that they feel better than the belltech.
They are claimed 20% stiffer than stock. I just bought some 1/2 coils from them. I will let you know my thoughts if you're interested.

I also went with the McGaughys 2" springs. The ride was very comfortable, but it just wasnt low enough for me. I ended up switching them out for the Ground Force 2/3 Lowering Kit.
