Is anyone else having a vibration issue in the rear between 65 to 75? At about 80 it smooths out for the most part. Pinion angle off enough to do that?

dont know the pinion angles yet. Yes I did use the panhard relocation. Stock panhard bar. All was good until we lowered it. Thinking the pinion angle is off. Is that enough for a vibration at those speeds?

check the rear end centering... when lowering our trucks the rear end shifts towards the drivers side, the adjustable panhard bar will correct this issue. The relocation bracket is used to make the panhard bar level with the rear end as it was from factory.
I would use the relocation bracket with the adjustable panhard bar. If you want to take it to the next level get the upper and lower adjustable control arms. Upper control arms are used to adjust the pinion angle. Lower control arms are for centering the wheels in the wheel well.

The adjustable panhard bar will be a big improvement. After driving the truck for a couple hundred miles make sure nothing got loose and that everything is tighten up to spec.

yikes I hope I do not have this issue, mind you I rarely exceed 60 mph. What I am not in a hurry.

any idea of the pinion angle on the rear of a 2016 1500. Not sure if zero is good or if there is an angle needed.

You want the same input angle and output angle on the driveshaft, the amount is actually irrelevant, you just want them to be the same. The intent is to have a parallel plane between the input and output.

That's some good info right there!!!

On another note, where can I get the panhard relocation bracket on its own.... Some ******* at the dealership took it off I think when the truck was traded in....

Pinion angle adjustments are a lot harder to calculate depending on 1 or 2 piece shaft.

Also when you take the measurements make sure you take them off the ball joint caps on the fix portion of the joint off the trans and rear end
