finally installed my mcgaughy's deluxe drop kit yesterday. took all day since i am a mechanical idiot. but finally got it done. have to recheck some stuff today, but overall, i am happy with how it looks. also installed the belltech SP shocks in the rear.

for those who wonder how much the tires will stick out due to lowering spindles, here is a pic to show. its not too bad at all.

now for some "measurements" ( i will call it that since its not very accuracte. close, but not exact). distance from ground to center lip of wheel well.


driver side front (before) 36.5"
driver side front (after) 34.5"

driver side rear (before) 38.5"
driver side rear (after) 35.25"

passenger side front (before) 36"
passenger side front (after) 34"

passenger side rear (before) 39"
passenger side rear (after) 35.5"

tailgate before (measured from ground) 36"
tailgate after (measured from ground) 32"

lol, it would be cheaper to lower it than buying tires for this thing (which is all I could do on mine due to garage height)
