mine clunk too, been trying to find the reason. Everything was done on a drive on lift and tightened with full weight on the suspension. Sounds like they are moving around, but don't anything loose.

Its the del sphere joint. Has nothing to do with install or loose bolts. The del-sphere join ts have a break in, once they break in they loosen up. You need to drop the arm(1 bolt at a time on the ground or drive on lift) and use the bushing tool to tighten the joint. Clunking is caused by play in the bushing under load(which you wont be able to detect by hand)

The Spohn bars will always have more noise than the stock bars. That's just part of the trade off of having stiffer joints. Delrin transmits a lot more NVH than rubber.

That said, once the bars break in they do need to be tightened down.

I spent a solid 3 hours one day, removing parts on and off my truck trying to isolate that clunk. You'll never feel the play when checking the rear end which is the issue.

It was after i felt defeated, i went to spohns website and the first thing I saw was an advert on there delsphere, Instantly i realized it was likely them. Watched that video and was even more certain lol

I knew that was the issue I could actually turn my bars from side to side, pulled the spoon off and reinstalled the factory bars problem solved, Now I tightened them bad boys up off the truck do you think it will be ok to reinstall the spoon arms?
