Yeah and Photobucket can suck it!

Thanks for the info, I'm stuck on keeping the 20's or going 22's (both with Hellcat replicas), I know I keep mentioning this but ride quality is more important to me these days than it was 10 years ago when I lifted by 2500. I'm going to download all my pics from PB and close the account, they get my vote for being #1 :flipthebird:

Looking pretty stealthy!!!!! I've got two dark metallic blue cars, they are a pain to keep clean, but the dark colors do look nice when all buffed up.

I would set up to a 305/45R22 before lowering it more.

Get a Nitto 420 or Toyo ST2 in the 45 sidewall and it will look lower due to the wheel wells being filled up more.
Appointment Thursday for Toyo's to be installed

Looking for some help on lowering my new work truck. Its a 2014 2500 4x4 crew cab with a long bed and the 5.7 hemi. I do garage doors for a living so the truck has a rack on it and being able to easily reach it would be nice. I've been looking and can't find much if any options for lowering kits. Didnt know if anyone had an idea of what might work or would be needed. I'd like to level it at a minimum but a 2-3in overall drop would be ideal. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

I had the exact same truck. I ran the groundforce 2/4 kit. Aligned within spec. handled great! Had a nice stance to it. Install took me 2.5 hours. If its your first time and you don't have access to an impact I would plan 4 or less safely. I used factory shocks and had no issues and feel aftermarket shocks would have stiffened the ride more when hauling the boat or dirtbikes out. There are pics of it in the lowered 4x4 section. Its a white sport long bed 4x4 with black srt10 wheels. Apparently its also still my profile pic! Who would have thunk it!? guess I should change that to the new truck sooner or later lol. Good luck!

Changed my mind again... Found SRT-10 Wheels with 305/45 Nexens for $800. The tires have a 1000 miles on them and the wheels are true and no rash. The new toyos were going to be $620. So I can use the tires and have spare wheels just incase.

I still have the Hellcats and will put the Nexens on them. But now I will have a spare set of wheels. All for about what it was going to cost me for the new tires.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why would you want to lower a 4x4? Besides looks? Would think you would want to raise or keep the travel height for 4x4 usage..

Just out of curiosity, is 2/4 the most you can drop a 4x4 without major suspension work? I don't think I'll ever lower mine, but it looks great.

All wheel drive available and still have the ability to tow/haul. My truck isn't lowered but I rarely go anywhere that requires full suspension travel.
