Ok, so I like the look of a leveled truck, but I don't like how these trucks look when you lift them. Now, 4" of lift and more looks bad ass, but I don't want to get that crazy nor do I want to run oversized tires.

My thought? Lower the *****. Yea, drop the rear about 2"s to achieve a leveled look with less space in the fender wells. Yes, I do indeed have a 4x4 and here's the kicker.. I've had this truck since October and I have yet to haul or tow anything at all with it. I figure with shorter springs in the back with bags will keep me right where I am now if not improved just a bit. Not sure.

So to get my thoughts out on paper so to speak a bit, I did a little photo chop last night. By far not my best work, but I think it gets the idea across at any rate.

Looking for thoughts and comments...

As it sits now:

And what I see in my head:

Drop looks good. Keeping the current wheels/tires? Can I talk ya into taking off the bug shield? :)

You know, I started out thinking that I would wait until Chrysler released a color matched one, but the more and more I look at the truck, the more out of place it is.... Might go take it off here in a few... :birgits_tiredcoffee

he wont cut the coils...

Correct. I'm hearing word of a coil kit coming out soon which is what made me think of this...

Ground Force is supposed to have a two inch rear drop coil kit coming out, for the low low price of $300... :hump:

It's all Silver's fault for not telling me to do this earlier.
