Why can a 4x4 get a 2/4 drop?????

hello my fellow mates. i own a 2016 ram 4x4 quad cab 1500. im looking into lowering it, but all i can find is 2/3 drops? i would greatly appreciate the knowledge on why i cant find a 2/4 drop for a 4x4 or if theres a reason why they dont make them!
