Hey guys, newbie here. Just bought a bankruptcy starter kit...er, I mean...my first truck ever: a 2016 Ram 1500 HEMI 5.7L 4x2 Crew Cab Lonestar Edition (Texas, represent).
She's stock, but we all know it won't be for long. Was looking around here for some Red Ram inspiration, but didn't see anything. Will probably start a thread to see what other red Ram owners have done (please stop me if I missed it).
First thing on my list is exhaust. Really like Adam Warren's setup here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx6ccllCzuU
Simple muffler deletion (Y-Pipe) with cats and resonators still intact. Great sound while still remaining legal. His 18" long tips also added a nice deep tone.
Once I get that done, I plan on selling my house and both kidneys to buy a set of tires/wheels (eyeing the Toyo OpenCountries with the TrailReady BeadLocks). Wish me luck.
