I had a 2014 Ram 1500 SL Base model that I had to purchase new when I bought my house. I had wanted a sport, but I just couldn't at the time justify the cost.
2 years later, I traded it in for a 2016 Ram Sport, quad cab with 6'4" bed and all the fixings.
My previous vehicles were mostly sports cars, but I had an old 98 Ford F150, which was a beast.
I missed the feel of modding my vehicles, and I just wasn't getting that out of the 2014 Base model. But now with my new Mistress, I have a cure for my itch!
So far I've just done a 2" level, spray in bed, tonneau cover, DEE ZEE Tailgate assist and Westin HDX running boards with drop steps.
Ordered some Mevotech UCAs, Blistein 5100s, and will have those on shortly. Next will be the Pedal Commander, some Bushwacker pocket style flares, new shoes and treads. That should be about it!
Looking forward to learning more about this truck and getting back into the modding game!
