Hey guys! I used to have a RAM. Then I bought a POS Silverado. So now I'm purchasing a 2017 RAM 1500 2wd quad cab SLT. I want to run 20" x 10"s with 35s. I have been searching and reading on the internet, but since I'm new to RAM lifts, can someone give me the basics on what I need to do and avoid for a 4" lift/level?
1. I plan on putting a 4" spindle lift on the front.
- It looks like I need brake line extensions?
- Are longer front shocks a must?
- Do I have to do anything with the sway bar for turning clearance?
- Am I going to need wheel spacers?
- Other considerations?
2. It looks like I need a 1.5" rear coil spacer if I want it level with no rake?
3. If I want the tires to stick out a few inches, it looks like maybe a -24mm offset or what do you suggest?
Thanks in advance!
