Hello everyone, so about 2 weeks ago i put a Rough Country 6 inch lift on my truck. Its a 2014 dodge ram 1500. A week after I started hearing a popping noise up front. Now 2 weeks later i have a clunking noise in the rear end, when going over bumps or when going into a turn.. seems louder going into a turn when the weight is shifting. Sounds like the spings in the back are moving or rubbing loud.. the back has the spacers above the springs, and the front has the factory springs with the new struts are longer, so no bigger springs. All end links, drops brackets, sway bar etc have just been torqued and still hear it. Dont know where to go from here. Also installed the new rear shocks they recommened.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you..

Have any pics of the rear panhard bar drop bracket?
There are suppose to be 2 bolts holding the bracket down and not just 1. If you have just 1 bolt, that might be your problem.

Quick question. What position did you install the rear shocks? Shock body in the up or down position? I installed it with the shock body up like how it's pictured in the RC lift instructions. The stock ones was in the down position with the piston facing up.

Not sure what you meen, panhead bar drop brackets.. only drop brackets in the back are break line and sway bar link end brackets. Rough country 2.0 rear shocks and the 4.5 spacers that mount above the springs. Thats pretty much all on the back.

Your shocks look like they are upside down and my rear spring spacers are on the bottom not the top like your describing but my kit is Maxtrac.

Nah not upside down, lol. Yeah these spacers are designed to be on top with a big washer and long bolt.

Your shocks are the same as I got mine. That's how the instructions said to do it so that's what I did. I might flip it the other way round just to see if it makes a difference.

The 2nd pic confirms you did indeed put 2 holes into the drop bracket for the rear panhard bar, I think that's what it's called? The bar keeping the rear suspension. Aligned and springs from popping out.

Yeah I watched it a million times before I did my 6.
Noticed it also. But the paper instructions that was given has a picture that specifically shows mounting it how we have it mounted. Go figure.
