Not sure if its something that can be done but my brother inlaw swears it can and frankly i dont have the time to do the looking lol but im changing up my stock 2500 coils and shocks my brother wants them because he says he read that the 2500 springs will fit his 1500 and give it a lift i know the 3rd gens you could do this with the fronts but im too lazy to do the work to see if its a direct fit or not so i figured id ask here first before i rip his 1500 down and i dont really want to do that any how so i hope its a no go not to mention a rough ride in a 1500

Theoretically yes, they'll work. He's going to get some lift out of it. If it's 4wd then they'll only work in the rear.

... Has he ridden in your truck?? I understand trying to save money... But F That lol.. The ride would be so awful.. Also the half tons are a cool over shock.. The 3/4 tons are not. Just tell him to go get a set of adjustable bilstiens or ranchos.
