I have a 2014 ram 1500. Will 35x12.50's fit on the stock wheels without issues ? Going to level the truck and need new tires and want something more aggressive but can't swing new rims right now too. Thanks ! Any pics would be appreciated

There are a lot of threads on this. Did you try searching before you posted?

Depends on the tire you choose whether it'll fit on stock wheels without a spacer. General rule is that you'll need at least a 1/4" spacer.

Just installed

I went with Toyo AT2's. 10mm spacers on the way from Motorsport Tech. I don't absolutely need them. the tires barely clear but they do clear. Don't go with cheap spacers. These are custom made to your choice. All trucks are built a bit different but these tires are full 35x12.5.

It will look better with the spacers IMO... see xrsman for example.

no spacers needed. threw mine out, they weren't hub centric and caused vibrations. also like tires tucked keeping crap off the side of my truck.

Basically 35s on stock 20x9 with 1.5" spacers but they look really small with a 6" lift

Thanks for the help and pics! How's the truck ride with the 1.5" spacers ? Does it put an added stress on the hubs ect ?

Most 35x12.5 tires will not fit on the stock rims without spacers. Not all 35x12.5's measure the same dimensions when mounted which is why you some guys (like chipmaker) don't need spacers while others do. As xrsman stated, the general rule of thumb is that you need spacers. I recommend Motorsport Tech's 10mm hub centric spacers at a minimum however you can go larger if you please. You won't want to go to a 1.5" spacer with just a leveling kit as it will give you fitment issues. However you can run a 1.25" spacer. That will essentially make your wheels 20x9 -12 offset. Again, Motorsport Tech's hub centric BORA spacers are the ones you want to run.

If you want some more information on leveling and fitment check out the Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing linked in my signature.

Mine rides the same with the spacers, it didn't really change anything except them sticking out far enough so they don't rub. I don't know how true this is but the farther out the wheels are, the more stress is put on the hubs but they haven't caused any problems for me. I also tow an 8,000 pound boat and trailer around fairly often and have had zero issues with the spacers holding up to the added weight in the rear. Like Brandon said, you can probably get away with running 0.25" spacers and be fine.
