I have a 2500 that rolls in time to time on those tires. He running 8" of lift and no body lift. Im not sure on the wheels and offset though. They look massive next to my truck thats for sure.

My buddy was running 37x13.50 on a 20x12 -44 wheel. He was on a 5 inch long arm lift and still had to trim a decent amount. His truck was a 2500 crew cab diesel.

Not many people run that large of a tire on 1/2 ton trucks. Heck, that's big for a 3/4 ton!

Your mileage will be terrible, 15.5's will destroy it.
I have a 2016 3500, 4:10 gears, 5 1/2" lift, and 37" X 12.50's.
My mileage is 10.5 - 11.5 babying it / cruise control.
If I drive it like I stole it I can make it read in the 8's easily.

Thank you for the responses.
Ill be running 20x12 Rockstars. I have 3" wheel spacers to keep from rubbing inside. Worried about fender/wheel well plastic. Not worried about mileage- I only put 20-25 miles on per week at most.

Had an 02 1500 with 5" + 3" + level on 37x12.5s. Had 2" spacers. Very little rub full lock. Looked badass. I want my new 3500 to be a step up.

My new 2016 3500 6.4L Hemi next to my old 02 (10" lift on 37x13.5s with 2" spacers)...sorry bout sideways pic- it wasnt sideways when uploaded.

When I look at the two rigs side by side I think 8" on 37s might be best. To get 38x15.5s on comfortably Im thinking an additional 3" body lift on top of the 5.5" susp + 2.5" level is a must.

My 02 1500.

I wanna go up to 38x15.5 and keep that wheel well space- maybe a little more. Was told 8" of lift on my new 3500 will be bigger than the 10" I had on this 02 1500. True? I measured ground to top/center wheel well on my 3500 at 40". The 1500s I measured were 36"-36.5".

You don't at all need the 3" wheel spacers to clear 15.5 wide tires on the 20x12's as far as the inside clearance is concerned. I'd be ditching the spacers altogether as they're what's going to give you the biggest problem. Even with the 3" body lift on top of your current 8" of suspension you won't have enough clearance for 20x12's with 38x15.5's and 3" spacers.
