I would not get either, Level it with some nice tires.
I could not imagine messing around with a car seat in a truck with a lift
Here is mine, 6" RC lift

As far as good lifts go you really need to look at what you will be doing with the truck, Street queen or Off road monster ?

That will help you determine what type of lift you want to invest into if you go that route
If you do lift it 6" or nothing IMO

6" if you do lift.

My F250 was taller than my ram when my kids were in car seats still.....not super fun, but doable.

You just sorta have to swing'em up in there lol

I'd probably go 4, but that is what I'm planning on doing and I don't have kids. However you always want higher, I had 6 on my Silverado and was going to add a 1.5 inch body lift before I changed my mind and bought the 17 Ram.

Just don't level only basically looks like a stock truck should look.

See I'm sure I would be mad at myself if I didn't go with the six but I want to see one with a 4 inch lift and if it is even worth it

It just seem like 6 is even practical on the street for a daily

Really not any worse than a 2500 with larger tires on a stock suspension.

Does a Ram with a 4 and 35's fit under a typical garage? My silverado with a 6 fit by like an inch but my tires were a bit worn so it would have been really close with new ones.

Yes, a 4" lift and 35" tires will fit in a 7' garage no problem.

Where I live most parking garages, touchless carwashes, etc have a 7' height limit. The sharkfin antenna on my truck with 4" lift and 35s touches the rubber door seal on my 6'11" garage door opening as I'm driving in/out of the garage. And the 4" lift is quite a step down onto the ground as I'm exiting the vehicle.

6" for sure, if your going to do it. Get some good steps for them. I wouldn't do it with a baby , but 2+ should be more than old enough.
