I have a 4" lift with 35s and Bilsteins set at 1.4. People think it's a 6 inch lift. And I can barely get in the garage.

4" lift with bils at 1.4 is pretty close to a 6inch lift.

35x12.50x20's.

I just purchased this truck and it was set up already. Can you guess tell me what size lift it has? It also has a slight lean to the back, what would I need to do to level it out?

If your rear is lower than the front, you have two options. You can add a 3/4" or 1" spacer to the rear, that would be the easiest.

Or, look at the front struts and see if they are Bilstein. If they are, you could disassemble the front struts and adjust the Bilsteins down one setting. That should get you level. The second option is a lot more work, but if you can do it yourself, its free :)

Doesn't any adjustment to the Bilstein require an alignment afterwards?

Probably wouldn't hurt, but only going down one setting, I wouldn't think would throw it off that much.

That's perfect looking! As I've been thinking of doing a 6in lift on my truck now that I've had it leveled for a couple years thinking the 18s might look better than the 20s, 17s just a tad too small imo. I was always a big fan of 18s on 35s and 20s on 37s personally. If you get an 18x10 wheel it would look even deeper! I think fuel hostage also makes an 18x12 wheel not sure for the ram tho.

Ya id like to swap my wheels this summer. Either an 18x10 or go to a -12 from my 0 offset 9 wides. I want more lip but am trying to avoid flares
