im looking to raise my 2015 express... just stuck between a 4 inch and a 6 inch lift... i plan on putting on 35s with my 3.21 gears so i know that either lift will do me right. now the question is, is there any issues with quality of parts from a 4 inch zone lift, to a 6 inch zone lift? i know 6 inch seems to be the common choice of lifts around here, but i am just not sure if i want to go that route. obviously, if there are better/stronger components in the 6 inch lift which will help maintain ride quality and less chance of a part failure, ill go that route.. just need a nudge in some sort of direction.. thanks !

I'm sure someone will know.. But it may be a better idea to just call zone and ask. Usually there is no difference in quality, just longer parts/spacers.

I just doubt that many people have had both laying beside each other to compare.

Well... Assuming they're both equal in quality. It looks like you would prefer the 4" over 6". So go 4".

I have a 6" lift and I'm glad I didn't go 4" because after a few months, 6" seems smaller.

As for the 3.21 gears running 35s...I'm doing it and it's fine. Someday I'd like to re-gear, but for now I'm very happy with the performance.

That's my plan exactly.. eventually I'd like to re-gear.. just can't swing the funds right now... I only drive the truck once or twice every two weeks so I don't see the problem in jumping up to 35s just with the 3.21s... plus tax season is right around the corner, a re-gear may be in my very near future..
