Hey guys,

My 4" Rough Country lift and Bilstein 5100s are on the way for my 2014 4WD quad cab. I can't decide if I should set the Bilsteins at 0.7 or 1.4. Which would give me the closest to level? Would 1.4 be nose high? I'll be using 20" stocks wheels with 33" KO2s for the time being but will be upgrading to 35s after winter.

Thanks!

Just measure your factory rake you have now . Most are 2-3" if you want to be level set the bilsteins accordingly .
Most guys end up setting to 2.1" ( one ring down from the top) this usually leaves a small amount of rake < 1" , which is nice if you tow a boat or trailer ect. ect...

Doesn't rc kinda level the truck with their lift tho? I know mines a 3rd gen but my front end only set down .75" after the lift so I set mine on the .7" setting when I got the bilsteins.

No, the lift kit will not level the truck. If you want a 4" to be level, I believe you want to set them at 1.4.

Depends on the individual truck and brand of lift as to which setting will level. Unless they've changed recently, the Rough Country 4" kit runs a 2" spacer in the rear instead of 3" coils like most other brands. So you'll probably want to stick with 0.7 (1.4 made mine nose high with my original setup).

I did't know there was only a 2" spacer in the rear. Then I'd stick with what Smoothee said and go 0.7.
