Hey guys, I'm new to the diesel game after recently buying a 2013 ram 2500. I'm looking at a 6" bds lift. the lift has a option to add a indexing ring or a transfer case drop. Wanted to know if these are needed, and if so which one.

Hey Carlos, I've got a 17 that I'm about to lift as well, and from my research, here's what I've come up with regarding those items. If your driveshaft is all one piece, then you won't need the carrier bearing drop kit, as it's not necessary. As for the t-case indexing ring, I would probably go ahead and get it. You can always add it later though. There's a good chance you could have some front driveline wobble when in 4wd, and going over 35 mph. Hope this helps!
