I just put on a supreme suspension lift kit on my 2011 ram 1500 that was supposed to lift it 3 inches in the front and 2 inches in the rear. The Front needs an additional one inch or so space to fit my 35's any ideas on what I can do get that extra little space without buying a whole new lift kit?

Fit 35s how? Height or width? A 2"level will allow for 35s so your 3" should be fine. If it's a width issue that has to do with your wheels.

As stated above it must be due to width cuz you can almost run 35s stock. Unless it's 2wd

A Supreme Suspension 3" front end lift is already too high to be lifting the front end without doing a full lift kit. I'd be talking that out and going to Bilsteins sooner than later if you don't want issues. If you need more height than that they you'll be look at either a 4" lift kit or the cheaper way of going with a body lift.

As the guys above said though, fitting 35's with a leveling kit shouldn't be an issue unless you're trying to do it on 12 wide wheels. Which if that's the case you'll need a 6" lift.

I'm also trying to do it because as of right now the truck isn't sitting completely level. The wheels and tires do fit I just want a little more lift to level it out.

If you want to level it you have a few options.
1. Yank all that stuff out and install Bil 5100 shocks and set at 2.1-2.8. Smooth ride.
2. Remove rear lift.
3. Buy a 6" F/4" R suspension lift
