Hey guys, i just installed the billstien 5100 shocks on my 2012 single cab ram. I set them to 2.1
And put a 3/4 spacer in the rear. My front end sits uo about an inch compared to the back. What would you reccomend doing.
Taking the struts out and dropping the setting or putting a bigger spacer in the rear. And what size would you reccommend. Its 41.5 on driver and like 41 on passenger rear sits at 40 3/4 in thanks for the help

If you just put the setup on, give it a bit. They'll settle in and should land near level

Should just take a short drive 10 mins or so , it will continue to settle over the next few thousand miles less than .5 " ....after a few tanks of gas then just adjust the rear with a 1 - 1.5" spacer ...go ahead and get the alignment right away imo ...

Are you sure you didn't get the top strut cup upside down? Your front should not be higher than the rear.

I agree with RLK... I'd add more rear spacer. Much less of a pain.

Did you do alignment yet? If not do that then remeasure hopefully they will sit close to same height. Mine was at 41.5 as well then after alignment I was at 40 3/4 all around. Did bils in all 4 corners

Ya i did some more research and the cup is the wrong way, i wasent paying attention when i installed it. Ive driven about 10 miles of that with it like that. How quick will it damage the shock riding like that? Im car pooling to work till wendsday when i can get in the shop and switch it around. Also the washer is it suppossed to go under the nut or below the top spring cap?

Bottom seat flared upwards, spring, washer, top seat/mount, then nut. Just make sure but is bottomed out on the washer and shock mount[emoji1303]
