Hey guys, I got my first Ram in February of '14, and from the start I've always wanted to lift it. Being on this great forum only fueled my desire in lifting this beast!...

I saved up and finally put on a 4in Rough Country lift...riding on 35in Cooper STT Tek rubber...on 18in XD Monster wheels. I could not be any happier!...feels like I just brought home a new truck:)

I debated between getting a 4in or a 6in lift...glad I went with the 4in...for me it was more practical.

...anywho these are a few pics...in a few days I will make a full blown build thread in the Members Section.

(been waiting to make this thread for along time!)

Truck looks good. Literally a crew cab version of mine, at least pre-lift. I think I'm just going with a coilover level on mine though to blast the desert when I finally get there in May.

Thanks a lot for the comments guys...absolutely love this truck. 4in was perfect since my wife can still barely get in... (hmmm..maybe should of gone with a 8in so she couldn't get in!! lol)

TXFiremedic, this was a before pic of my truck...it already had a leveling kit, but with stock wheels and tires.

Keep an eye out for my build thread soon!...

Btw nice scenery eh?

It looks awesome! If I was to go lifted, that is exactly the way I would go, too... Nice job!

Man, that looks perfect! I've been debating a level or 4in lift, this definitely makes me want to go 4in with 35's. Looks great!!

A leveling kit is great...but throwing on a 4in lift on 35s makes it feel like you just brought home a new truck. Drives well and isn't 'too much' of a set up. Still great for a daily driver.

4" lift w/ 35's is SEX !

I don't understand why it is not a more popular lift. Seems to me like more people like the 6" look.

I guess folks like the whole "go big or go home" route. With me it had to go with which route was more practical. 6in is pretty cool looking, but wouldn't work for me and my wife since we share the truck and it's our daily driver...plus she's 5'2.
