I have a 16 express crewcab with bills all around fronts at 2.1 and 295-65-20 sst pros. No rubbing so far at 19,00 miles on them. Also 1" rear spacers and I have 3/4"-1" of rake barely noticable. But I would like to go a bit higher. So due I go 2.8? and is it noticable? Our body lift 1.5,2, 3"??? I have a set of mevos in the box when I thought I was going 2.8 but had heard good and bad on them. to keep my rake where I like it I am thinking 1.5 rear spacers if I go 2.8. Anyway trying not to break the bank as budget is a bit tight this time of here. Just some insight would be great.

That’s exactly what I have. Bils at 2.8 mevos and 1.5 blocks/spacers for the rear. I have a little bit of rake and am really happy with it.

You’ll be fine with the 1 inch spacers in the rear even at 2.8. I kinda wish I would have went 1 instead of 1.5

ok so you guys think that will be a noticable difference 2.1 going to 2.8? And just stay away from body lift?

I’m not saying stay away from a body lift, but I would go up to 2.8, see if you like it, then maybe a body lift

good advice. also with the 2" spacers for stance did front wheels line up to back. I am looking to do wheel spacers with the 2.8 upgrade. I have oem black rims. And what brand spacer did you get? tHanks

My fronts and backs lined up great. Everyone is going to tell you to go with BORA spacers, and there’s no doubt , they’re high quality. I just found them to be over priced. Find rdcobra91 on eBay, that’s who I bought mine from and they have been great. The main thing is make sure they’re hub centric and wheel centric, also make sure they’re for your lug pattern. Ram changed the lug pattern around 2011 or 2012, not sure exactly what year. If you get spacers less than 1/34 inch you may have to trim your factory studs because they may protrude past the spacer and cause the wheel not to mount good. You don’t want that!
