Can someone please explain to me what the bilstein adjustable shocks do and how they work? I ordered a 3" body lift and the 6" fabtech suspension lift with the coil overs for my 2012 1500 sport, and am wondering if the adjustable shocks would be a better option than the body lift if they are compatible with the suspension lift

You can't run both Bilsteins and coilovers. Coilovers would provide better ride, but will be the more expensive option.
