I'm getting ready to buy some 5100 Bilsteins for my truck and I need some help.

I am buying the fronts for sure to lift/level the truck, but I'm not sure if I should buy the backs as well.

The place I'm buying my fronts from has the rears that lift the back 1" - not sure how that works???

Or should I just buy the fronts and buy 1" spacers for the rear.

Any and all help will be great.

The rear shocks don't lift the rear 1", they allow you to use them with up to a 1" lift in the rear.

Do the Billsteins really add lift compared to other brands or are they made a little longer

I debated as well and did a little research. I dont tow or haul enough, so installing rear bilsteins just weren't worth it for me. Guess it depends on how you use your truck

For the front the adjustables do add lift. The rears add no lift at all
