I just installed Bilstein at 2.1 on my 14 Ram, only have about 500 KM on it and so far so good! I choosed 2.1 because there seems the be no issues at 2.1, most of the issues seem to have been with the 2.8 configuration. Also at 2.1 it almost leveled my truck, with a small rake of 3/4 of an inch. That's pretty much how I wanted it... I'm also sticking with stock wheels/tires...
Same here, Bilstein 5100's all the way around @ 2.1" up front which got me to ~ within 1/2" level unloaded front to back, with 17x9 wheels and 33" tires, at about 500 miles with this setup (which includes pulling a trailer ~ 100 miles round trip, and one mild trip offroad) no issues on my '14 CCSB.
If you're looking for a cost breakdown, you're looking at something like this @ 4WP...
Shocks ~ $400
Install ~ $250
Alignment ~ $100
Edit: Ride is like butter, WWWWAAAAYYYY better than stock. Though with the 18' Traveleze trailer got a good bit of rear sag so installing Airlift 1000's this weekend.
Hope that helps!
