anyone run the 3 in body lift with factory lift and adjust the exghaust to work?

my plan is either 4in lift.

or bilstein struts to level then 3in body lift

only reason I'm considering body lift and simple struts are warrenty issues. despite what most say mopar will only.warrenty factory lift which costs 3500 in parts.

any tips or pics?

My 1.5" Zone BL did this to my exaust:

I've since turned my tips up because of my bed step but a 3" BL would be twice as bad. You might have to do something like shorten up the exhaust mounts to get them to look better which will require some welding. Hope this helps.

Here's a before and after of the exhaust on my last truck. This was a 3" body lift. In the second picture you can see how the shop adjusted for the body lift. I also added 5" tips.

Superlift, zone and bds will cover you for the length of your factory powertrain warranty.

I 'm in the same boat as you but I think if you need warranty work and they won't cover you with a suspension lift they aren't going to cover a level and body lift. It's all depends on the individual dealer I guess. and if they won't to work with you.

Hi
I know it's an old post but how did you trimmed your Chrome bumper without damaging the finish?
I really love your set up,
Did you used spacers with your stock wheels? (Brand, how big)
Thank

I have a 3" body lift with a 6" Rough country suspension. I took a look at my rubber tailpipe mounts and just drilled new holes and boom there you go. They do sit like an 1/8" off center but you can't notice unless you're staring right at it for a minute.

I just loosened the bolts at the swivel joints that are built into the exhaust and adjusted them up to match the new bumper height.20180404_170910.jpg 20180404_170937.jpg

Would also like to know the specifics on this set up.

Including wheels spacers if any and tire size.

Thanks

If I remember correctly, he had a level, 3” body lift, 325/60s on factory 20s. He had wheel spacers too but can’t remember size. Probably 1.5”-2”
