Looking to do the 1.5 zone body lift. I'm occasionally coming across people saying/talking about bumper and hitch relocating???? Is this a concern and what does this mean. #newbie

When you do a BL your bumpers and hitch stay stock. Can ruin the looks of a truck.
Raising the bumpers gives back the original look.
Raising a hitch? Not so easy. If even doable without fabrication.

With the 1.5", you shouldn't have to mess with the factory hitch. I just had to cut a couple small notches out of the underside of my rear bumper so it would clear the hitch when I raised the bumper. The kit comes with everything necessary to raise the bumpers. The front bumper relocation will require you to drill 2 new holes (1 on each side) in the frame for the upper bolts, the existing holes that were previously used for the upper bolts will then be used for the lower bolts instead. Hope that makes sense.
