Hello everyone: I have been searching the forums and I am confused on what body lift kit will work on a 2015 ram 1500 4x4. Some people say that they changed the front bumper mount in 2013 so the 2009-2012 kits wont work?
Anyone have part numbers for a body lift for a 2015?
Also are there any long term effects of performing a body lift? Will it cause lots of issues down the road? Looking for some advice. I know a true lift would be ideal but its too much for me right now. A body lift I could install and would save me some money.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Yes that is the kit that I was actually looking at getting.
Anyone have this? Likes? Dislikes? Issues long/short term?

I have the Zone 1.5" Body lift added to my Zone 6" suspension lift. I love it! I've had it on for almost a year and I haven't had any issues/complaints.

Good to hear. Installing my bils in the spring and I think im going to do this body lift as well. You think itll look stupid with just the stock 275 tires?

I want to throw 35s on but these tires are brand new so i feel bad just getting rid of them.

I've owned three trucks with body lifts and I've never had an issue. Most of the bad reputation body lifts have comes from people that haven't seen one properly installed one or jerry rigged one from pipe, hockey pucks or wood.

I have the Zone 1.5" body lift paired with bilsteins set at 2.1" with the zone UCAs this is the way to go if you don't want to do a full 4" suspension lift. You can run 35x12.50x20" tires with it as well...I elected to run 275/65/20 Nitto Exo grapplers....they are mounted on my 20" chrome clads and are 34"x approx 11"....they are heavy 10ply as well.....truck sits nice and can still fit in garage as well as drivethrus and car washes etc. I highly recommend this setup to anyone.been running it on my 13 for 3 years! High quality ride as well....and I can still hit over 100 mph when I want to have some fun...the truck will still have plenty of nut...I have 3:21 and 8 speed.

Hey Hipps, got any pictures of your truck you could post? I've got bils at 2.8 with new 275-65s and like them, but have been considering a zone 1.5 body lift as well but was afraid the tires would look too small.

I had a 3.75" body lift on my 04. I loved it! It was nice looking and I was able to run 35's on it with no issues. Best part was that it rode and drove like it was still stock

No problem....it's defiantly not empty nor is it over stuffed....I also have the option of buying some aftermarket rims...looking at fuel for 3 season tires and keeping my current setup for winter run down the road.:roflsquared:

Yah i love that look. I think ill have to go with 275/65/20 or 285/65/20 as i dont think 35/12.5/20 will fit on my stock rims without rubbing

Hi
I know it's an old post
But i would like the same set up, already bils at 2,1 and 275/65 on chrome

Thinking on body lift now,
How did you trim your Chrome bumper in the rear?
Any rust appeared?
Could you post à pic from rear?
Thanks

There was no trimmming required the zone 1.5” comes with brackets to relocate bumpers. I had my dealership install the lift for me. Been very happy with it! Bils set at 2.1

I just installed the zone 1.5" body lift... There is definitely trimming to rear bumper. Its not bad though with a cutoff wheel. Drilling new holes and grinding locating pins off is the worst part. Lift itself is easy.
